Our Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you're happy with your purchase from Sea View Sweets 'n' Gifts. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Changed your mind?

For eligible items purchased online, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us that you wish to cancel and return it. Once you've told us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and, where applicable, with their original packaging.

Sweets, food & sealed products

Some products may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return, including goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly and certain sealed goods where the seal has been broken after delivery.
This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not meet your statutory rights.

Personalised & made-to-order items

Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind. If a personalised or made-to-order item arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, please contact us.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Photographs of the item and packaging may help us resolve the problem quickly.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us before returning it so we can arrange the appropriate solution and, where applicable, cover reasonable return costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will process the refund using the original payment method. Where required by law, standard outbound delivery charges will also be refunded.

How to arrange a return

Please contact Sea View Sweets 'n' Gifts before returning an item and include your name, order number and the reason for the return.
